PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elderly care insurance business supporting system with operability and responsiveness unchanged therein even when data stored in the system is increased. PSOLUTION: A database control part 31 performs access to an active database 11 and a past actual result storing database 12, based on information stored in the user information managing table 13 and user information storage destination table 14 of a storage device 6. The database control part 31 is added so that the number of users to be stored in the active database is made to be fixed corresponding to the full capacity of an elderly care insurance business institution.
