PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional order giving and receiving data processing system in which a resource ordering device transmits ordering information to an ordering relay server or directly to a vendor order entry processor of a business connection, and a vendor order entry processor receiving an order issues an ordering specified slip on the basis of the order entry information which extracts and receives the ordering information addressed to an own vendor from the ordering information, wherein the vendor side cannot efficiently gain access to the ordering information of the resource ordering side and the slip of ordering specifications cannot be printed efficiently.;SOLUTION: The pattern definition information is downloaded from a product providing server storing pattern definition information including the print specifications of an ordering specified slip desired by the resource ordering side and the product providing server, access destination to the ordering information of the resource ordering side is selected and connected to download the ordering information addressed to the own vendor. According to the information, the ordering information of the resource ordering side can be efficiently accessed by the vendor order receiving processor issuing a delivery related slip directed to the resource ordering side.
