PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for electronically performing demand and payment through the use of aggregation technique.;SOLUTION: An EBPP center 1 acquires electronic information from an enterprise system 4, which indicates an amount billed to a user corresponding to user identifying information on the basis of user identifying information. Then electronic information to report the amount billed is transmitted to the cellular phone set 2 of the user.
