PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transmit a customer's preferences based only on the customer's daily performance without requiring the customer to intentionally input his/her preferences and tendencies and to use natural energy as the electric power of a transmission circuit included in a system, thereby enabling the transmission circuit to be used semi-permanently without the need of maintenance.;SOLUTION: A wireless sender 2 with a generating unit is mounted on a clothing hanger 1 comprising a generating unit 33 and a wireless transmission circuit 36. The sender 2 generates electric power while using the generating unit 33 to detect whether the clothing hanger with clothing thereon is taken. The sender 2 is operated to send electric waves. The electric waves sent are received by a solar-battery-equipped wireless receiver 8 mounted on the ceiling 11. The electric waves received are demodulated by the receiver 8 and transferred to an information processor 14.
