PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop continuation of an alarm due to abnormal pneumatic pressure of a blown out tire that is exchanged with a spare tire by automatically discriminating the tire equipped to an axle, and to monitor the spare tire attached to the wheel too. PSOLUTION: A transmitter sends temperature pressure, and ID, and a receiver temporary registers the ID received during stopping. When the receiver receives a signal having the same ID as the temporary registered ID during travelling, it is determined whether the temperature and the pressure of the signal increase or not, and whether the temperature and the pressure match a traveling pattern or not (S190, S200). If an increasing pattern of the temperature and the pressure match the traveling pattern (S200:YES), the temporary registered ID is counted up (S210). When the number of the temporary registered ID becomes 4, the temporary registered ID is formally registered (S220, S230). When receiving the ID with which the temperature and the pressure do not increase at a predetermined number of times (S190:NO, S250:YES), a registration ID and the temporary registered ID matching the ID are deleted (S260, S270).
