PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat products loaded on a ship to be carried as stock on the ocean after distinguishing them from the warehoused products and perform reservation accompanying the receipt of an order.;SOLUTION: The products loaded on a carrying ship 3 to be carried is treated as the stock on the ocean. The information used for order receipt and reservation treatment is received by a communication means 21 through a network 1. The treatment for reserving the stock on the ocean with respect to the received order is executed by an order receipt reservation means 22. A predicted warehousing date calculation means 23 confirms a scheduled warehousing date reported from a terminal device 13, or recalculates a predicted warehousing date so that contents of a transport plan database 28 are renewed when there is any change in a voyage plan.
