PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonator with a built-in capacitor element for raising its own yield without a problem in subsequent works even when two kinds of piezoelectric resonators having different thermal expansion coefficients are joined with a capacitor element via a thermosetting adhesive layer, and also to provide a piezoelectric oscillation apparatus.;SOLUTION: A piezoelectric resonator 1 which includes oscillation electrodes 11, 12 facing both main surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate 10 is arranged to face a capacitor element 2 which includes capacitor electrodes 21 to 23 on both main surfaces of a dielectric substrate 20.
