PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Cr alloy structure which is excellent in corrosion resistance of a gap part, free from any corrosion and strength degradation of the structure, and durable for a long time, and a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the Fe-Cr alloy structure of excellent corrosion resistance and the structure, a film containing metal zinc powder is deposited on a surface having a gap part of the Fe-Cr alloy structure containing ≥6 mass % and ≤25 mass % chromium so as to realize the dry film thickness of ≥5 μm and 100 μm, and the quantity expressed by the inequalities 70-{2.7×(Cr+3.3 Mo)}≤X≤70 (1) to the dry weight, wherein X is the content (mass %) of metal zinc powder in the film, Cr is the content (mass %) of Cr in the Fe-Cr alloy, and Mo is the content (mass %) of Mo in the Fe-Cr alloy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
