PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular function training method and an ocular function training apparatus with which tension of a ciliary muscle of an eye can be relaxed in a short training efficiently and fatigue is dissolved.;SOLUTION: One of separate targets (11a) is displayed for each of left and right eyes, and refractions of the above left and right eyes are measured (20). Each of the positions of the targets displayed left and right separately is moved to an each optical axis of both the left and right eyes based on the refractions of the left and right eyes, and simultaneously, the above targets displayed left and right separately are moved to the positions to make the directions of the lines of sight open further than parallelism. Tension of the ciliary muscle of the eye is relaxed efficiently in the short training and the fatigue is dissolved by opening the directions of the lines of sight of both the left and right eyes further than the parallelism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
