USED GAS AMOUNT CALCULATION SYSTEM AND GAS CHARGE CALCULATION METHOD IN GAS CONSUMING PLACE WITH COGENERATION SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used gas amount calculation system that is suitable, for example, for charging the gas used in a cogeneration system with a gas power generation unit in a different charging method from the one for the gas used in a normal gas appliance. PSOLUTION: A gas meter 7 of the used gas amount calculation system 6 measures gas flows supplied to a gas engine cogeneration system 4 and a normal gas appliance 5 installed in a gas consuming place 3. According to the measured gas flows, an integrator 8 calculates the used gas amount. The integrator 8 comprises a first integral value counter 86 for integrating gas flows supplied from the gas meter 7 while a gas engine 41 is operated, and a second integral value counter 87 for integrating gas flows supplied from the gas meter 7 while the gas engine 41 is stopped. The first integral value counter 86 can calculate the used gas while the gas engine cogeneration system 4 is operated, and the second integral value counter 87 can calculate the used gas of the gas appliance 5.
