PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire program for preventing the generation of errors in questionnaires having a question form for further narrowing a plurality of selected answers.;SOLUTION: The program is a questionnaire program for making a computer execute the questionnaires and makes the computer execute a question item indicating: a step of indicating question items and those answer choices; an answer input step of inputting at least one answer choice selected as an answer to the question items; a narrowing question item indicating step of indicating narrowing question items for narrowing the answers to the question items and indicating the answer choices input in the answer input step as the answer choices to the narrowing question items.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
