PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good resistance to wear, scuffing and deposition, ensuring little variation or deterioration of photoreceptor properties, and capable of exhibiting stable performance even in repetitive use, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus with the same, an electrophotographic process cartridge, and a manufacturing method for stably manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having the above good properties.;SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a cylindrical conductive support and a photosensitive layer formed on the support, a layer forming at least a surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is a layer formed by irradiating a layer comprising a compound cured by radiation-induced polymerization or crosslinking with radiation, and the irradiation is irradiation from a plurality of radiation sources arranged in positions where a plurality of parts of the layer comprising the compound are irradiated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
