PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor with improved wear resistance and long-term electrical stability.;SOLUTION: A surface layer coating liquid manufacturing method to be used for an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: an irradiation step of irradiating a tetrafluoroethylene monomer and a first organic solvent with ironizing radiation to obtain a crosslinked polytetrafluoroethylene particle; an emulsification dispersion step of dispersing the crosslinked tetrafluoroethylene particle obtained in the irradiation step and a binder resin into a second organic solvent to obtain a suspension liquid; and an addition step of adding an enamine compound having a specific structure to an emulsification dispersion obtained in the emulsification dispersion step to obtain the surface layer coating liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
