PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the authenticity of a formed watermark relating to an authenticity judging method for judging authenticity on the basis of the formed watermark, an authenticity judging system and an authenticity judging sheet. PSOLUTION: On a sheet 12, the watermark and a working specifying code specifying working data at the time of forming the watermark are formed. From image pickup data picked up by an image pickup camera 13 for at least the watermark and the working specifying code, in an authenticity judgement processing means 15, the watermark and the working specifying code are recognized in an identification code recognition means 25 and a watermark form recognition means 26, and a feature element is specified from the watermark. Also, a watermark information acquisition means 27 acquires the working data of watermark formation from the recognized working specifying code, a watermark form recognition means 26 specifies the feature element, a collation means 28 collates the specified feature elements with each other, and thus the authenticity is judged.
