PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management apparatus and method and a recording medium with a document management program recorded thereon which enable a document under management to be displayed without causing a user to be conscious of the data structure of the document generated accompanying a job, and a recording medium with a decision-making program for displaying an application document under the management without causing the user to be conscious of the data structure of the application document generated accompanying a decision-making job recorded thereon.;SOLUTION: The document management apparatus is provided with: a management information generation means 1 for generating management information used for managing a plurality of documents; a storage means 2 for relating the plurality of documents to the management information generated by the management information generation means 1 and storing the related documents; and a display control means 3 for performing display, on the basis of the management information stored in the storage means 2, for selecting one of the plurality of documents and displaying the document selected by the display in a display format stipulated by the instruction data contained in that document.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
