PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a food having cholecystokinin secretion promoting activity and suppressing the ingestion instinct by using a specific peptide having a specific amino acid sequence as a food or a food material.;SOLUTION: The ingestion suppressing food containing a specific peptide is developed based on the finding that an arginine-containing peptide having a specific amino acid sequence has a cholecystokinin secretion promoting activity. The purpose of the invention can be achieved by the use of the specific arginine-containing peptide having an amino acid sequence corresponding to soybean β-conglycinin and obtained by the decomposition of β-conglycinin with a pepsin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
