VENTING CONSTANT HUMIDITY STRUCTURE FOR VENTING HEAT-INSULATING BUILDING ACCORDING TO WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a building and timber employed therein as structural members by controlling and adjusting the indoor humidity of the structure according to the wood frame construction, and to provide a healthy and good living environment as a living space.;SOLUTION: There is provided a venting constant humidity structure for the building which is constructed according to the wood frame construction. In the building, a venting structure is formed by communicating between venting layers 5, 6, 7 formed in structural planes of a floor, each wall, and a roof, and venting holes formed in lumber products, respectively. Then excessive humidity generated in an indoor space and in each structural plane is naturally emitted from a ridge top beam vent hole 49 by natural venting occurring due to the difference in temperature. Further, vent hole fixtures 2, 3 having a fire damper function are fitted into the holes formed in the respective timber products, and therefore degradation in the fire-protecting and fire-resistive performance due to the vent holes is compensated for.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
