PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating ventilation structure superior in ventilation performance and heat insulating performance, and controlling ventilation, by preventing the occurrence of structure inside condensation caused by a temperature difference, in a wooden building.;SOLUTION: Outside air G intrudes in an attic space zone Z2 as an ascending current g3 via a ventilation passage 33 of an inner wall ventilation structure WZ, and passes through an automatically openable-closable natural ventilation control apparatus of an opening state, and intrudes in a ventilation exclusive passage Z12, and is merged with an ascending current g1, and is ventilated and exhausted from a ventilation louver RV or a ventilation port M. A pipe duct P1 of an automatic control ventilation fan K1 in the ventilation exclusive passage Z12 is branched off, and one is inserted into the center in the ventilation exclusive passage Z12, and the other is penetratingly inserted into the attic space zone Z2. The ventilation fan K1 is automatically operated by sensing the preset temperature and preset humidity of both zones, and stops when becoming a preset value or less.
