PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic fixing device, an electrophotographic fixing endless belt and a heating roll belt type fixing device in which a high separation characteristic to toner and durability are provided while improving low adhesiveness to papers, affinity to oil and a surface shape (no undulation and no sharp protrusion and a surface shape having microrecesses) and no stretch in recording paper, suppression in pockmark picture quality deviation and high picture quality (improvements in microsprinkled gloss irregularity during both surface printing, image transmissive irregularity of OHP papers, image void and peeling pawl wear mark) are satisfied.;SOLUTION: The surface layer provided on the outer peripheral surface includes fluorinated resin that is made of interpolymer (PFA) of tetrafluoroethylene, into which at least one kind of inorganic filler selected from the group consisting of metallic oxide, a silicate mineral, carbon black, a nitrogen compound and mica is arranged, and perfluoroalykylvinylether.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
