PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report program capable of performing an emergency report without depending upon the model and specifications of a portable telephone set.;SOLUTION: This emergency report program makes a computer of the portable telephone set 20 function as a status monitored information acquiring means 22a for acquiring status monitored information corresponding to a member from a status monitoring device 10 in accordance with the reception in the portable telephone set 20 of an e-mail that the status monitoring device 10 transmits to the portable telephone set 20 belonging to the member after updating the status monitored information corresponding to the member when the status monitoring device 10 detects a status change about the member's possessions, a determining means 22b for determining whether or not the current status monitored information is updated on the basis of a comparison result between the acquired current status monitored information and past status monitored information acquired just before in the past, and a voice information outputting means 22c for outputting voice information for making the member recognize the detection of a status change for an emergency report in accordance with a determination that the current status monitored information is updated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
