PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase IP telephone users and to realize a new business by individually distributing advertising information of motion picture, still picture or text continuously to the end during an IP telephone call in accordance with attribute information such as area of residence, hobby and liking relating to users of a caller and a callee and by partially charging an advertisement provider with communication rates.;SOLUTION: This system is connected with a user via the Internet, connected with the advertisement provider via a network and is provided with: an advertising information DB; an advertisement transmitting apparatus for transmitting the advertising information of the motion picture, still picture or text stored in the advertising information DB; and a service provisioning apparatus for managing distribution information of advertisement or the like for rate calculation, and IP telephone communications are performed while distributing the advertising information corresponding to the attribute of every user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
