PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere cup base material having soft texture and excellent stretchability, and excellent in durability such as washing resistance while keeping excellent resilience and shape retainability.;SOLUTION: The brassiere cup base material is made of fiber webs comprising 10-50 mass% of hot-melting type fiber consisting of polyester elastomer, 20-90 mass% of potentially crimped fiber having a higher melting point than an adhesion temperature of the hot-melting type fiber, and 0-70 mass% of fiber other than the above two kinds of fiber; wherein the fiber webs are entwined with one another via needle punch. The brassiere cup molding is obtained by molding non-woven fabric where the fiber webs containing ≥20 mass% of potential crimp-expressed highly-crimped fiber are entwined with one another via needle punch, and non-woven fabric to which the hot-melting type fibers comprising polyester elastomer are bonded with adhesive resin which is fused to the core part of the fibers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
