PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening construction using moss selected by using a synthetic resin and pumice as culture media, where the moss is fixed via ensured water permeability for preventing flood damage to the growth and cultivation of the moss utilizing a specific space while maintaining water retainability stabilizing the growth and cultivation of the moss. PSOLUTION: This greening construction comprising the synthetic resin is structured as follows: including and fixing the moss selected from the group consisting of Rhacomitrium canescers Brid, Hypnum plumaeforme Wils, and Floribundaria floribunda and moss seedlings thereof among the synthetic resin having a specific space shape and water permeability for their fixation via a liquid and granules enhancing water retainability to grow and cultivate the moss and the seedlings, and fixing the moss to the construction via the adhesion power of the rhizoids of the moss.
