PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous suction type micro sampling system that takes out micronic foreign substances currently mixing a film, plastic, a paint film, or the like as a sample for causes investigation by resection or stripping, and then transfers the micronic foreign substances onto a testpiece table for analysis by a continuous suction type micro capillary for performing sampling, and to provide an apparatus and an analysis method as well as the continuous suction type micro capillary.;SOLUTION: The continuous suction type micro sampling system is formed of a material having a Mohs scales of six or more, and transfers the micro sample that is extracted by a micro knife for industrial sampling equipped with a blade enabling the resection/stripping of a sample of 50 μm or less and has a size of 100 μm or less to the testpiece table by using the continuous suction type micro capillary whose tip section has a filter for carrying out the sampling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
