PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible multicolor thermal recording medium, utilizing a reaction of a color former with a developer, that can easily realize color development and erasure simply by heating, can stably maintain the color developed state and the erased state at room temperature, and has a color erasure temperature which is below the color development temperature.;SOLUTION: In this reversible multicolor thermal recording medium, a plurality of different reversible thermally color developable compositions different from each other in color tone and color erasure-starting temperature each are present in a separate and independent form on a support, and the compositions are contained in respective independent microcapsules.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
