PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried lobster or prawn having a good appearance and excellent texture and taste.;SOLUTION: Two lobsters or prawns 11 and 12 shucked leaving only the tail after removing the head and legs are arranged side by side and the lobsters or prawns 11 and 12 are wound in a laver sheet 13 and integrally bound. Bread crumb is applied to the resultant integral material 14 and fried in an oil. Since the two lobsters or prawns 11 and 12 are integrally fried, the size of the fried lobsters or prawns is increased as the whole even when the one lobster or prawn is of about a standard size.
