PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimated power consumption calculating device, its program and an energy saving efficiency calculating device for an air conditioner, capable of keeping the accuracy of power consumption per a unit average air temperature as high as possible in estimating the power consumption in the air conditioner. PSOLUTION: This estimated power consumption calculating device for the air conditioner calculates the electric power which has been consumed or may be consumed by the air conditioner having at least one of a cooling function and a heating function in a specific predetermined period of an estimated year. The power consumption per unit average air temperature and the power consumption in the specific predetermined period of a base year are calculated by using the power consumption and the average air temperature in the plurality of specific periods of the base year, and the electric power which has been consumed or may be consumed in the specific predetermined period of the estimated year is calculated by using the average air temperature in the specific period of the base year and the average air temperature or estimated average air temperature of the specific predetermined period of the estimated year.
