PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimated electric power consumption calculating device capable of maintaining estimation accuracy of electric power consumption per unit average air temperature at a high level in an air conditioner. PSOLUTION: In the estimated electric power consumption calculating device 40, 40a, first means 51, 51a define each of a plurality of predetermined periods in a base year as either one of a cooling operation period or a heating operation period. Second means 51, 51a delete inappropriate predetermined periods from the plurality of predetermined periods in the base year. Third means 51, 51a calculate electric power consumption per unit average air temperature by using the electric power consumption and average temperature for a predetermined period which is an appropriate predetermined period and is either one of the cooling operation period or the heating operation period.
