PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet of edible paper with rich nutriments using fibers and fleshy substances of a mushroom, wild plants and vegetables.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the sheet of edible paper comprises taking out fibrous substances from the mushroom, wild plants and vegetables, taking out only viscous liquid from a viscous mushroom, wild plants and vegetables as a thickener, mixing to form a thin sheet of paper, and thinly uniformly applying boiled, blanched, crushed and seasoned vegetables on the paper followed by drying the paper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
