PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture appreciation spectacle device realizing picture observation with much presence even in a small-sized display by making an angle at which an object is viewed small to shift the sense of distance far.;SOLUTION: By offsetting (b) the optical axis of a lens used for the spectacle device for appreciating the picture, the object 11 is viewed with the eyes as if it exists in front 11a as shown by a broken line though it exists in a right direction as shown by a solid line. A state where such property is used for both eyes is shown by (d). A convex lens 12 is used as shown by (c) in spectacles ordinarily, while by using a convex lens 13 as shown by (d), the object 11b is viewed as if it exists farther than actual.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
