PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for performing a continuous anaerobic fermentation experiment by supplying one raw material another while changing a fermentation condition.;SOLUTION: The experimental device has a tightly sealed fermentation vessel 1 constituted of a main body 2 and a lid body 3, a hollow rotating shaft 4 penetrating the lid body 3 and extending from top part of the fermentation vessel 1 to the bottom in the main body 2, a agitation blade 5 installed in the circumference of the rotating shaft 4 in the main body 2, a gas discharge part 6 installed at the upper part of the fermentation vessel 1 and a separated-liquid discharge part 7, and a raw material charge part 9 charging a raw material to the hollow space 8 in the rotating shaft 4 from the upper part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
