PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve such coating characteristics of a coating material based on a thermosetting fluorocarbon polymer as surface appearance (roughness) and mechanical characteristics (flexibility, impact resistance, hardness and adhesion).;SOLUTION: The coating powder comprises a thermosetting fluorocarbon polymer having a greater number of hydroxy groups and a small number of carboxy groups, the first hardener of a diisocyanate of an effective amount in order to harden the above fluorocarbon polymer; a modifying component which is unreactive with the above fluorocarbon polymer and is selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl acrylic polymer, a carboxyl polyester polymer, a glycidyl methacrylate, a polyanhydride, a glycidyl-functional acrylic compound and a mixture thereof; a hardener of an effective amount in order to harden the above modifying component; the second hardener of an effective amount in order to react with the carboxy groups of the above thermosetting fluorocarbon polymer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
