PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable viewing an incoming call history of a call incoming during power off or not in a radio-wave receivable area.;SOLUTION: When an originating terminal 40 originates a call to a user portable terminal 10, a line connecting equipment server 20 checks whether or not the user portable terminal 10 is in a state unable to answer the call. When recognizing the state as being unable to answer, the circuit connection device server 20 checks a database prepared in advance. When finding a registered addressee of the incoming call history to be forwarded during absence, the server 20 generates an incoming call history mail related to the originating terminal 40 originating the call using the mail address having been registered in advance. A mail server 30 receives the mail from the line connecting equipment server 20 and stores the mail. When the user portable terminal 10 changes the state from the state being unable to answer and checks a new mail arrival, the incoming call history mail is transmitted from the mail server 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
