METHOD MANUFACTURING OF MOVABLE SCROLL MEMBER, MOVABLE SCROLL MEMBER FOR SCROLL TYPE FLUID MACHINE, SCROLL TYPE COMPRESSOR AND WORKPIECE FOR MOVABLE SCROLL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct unbalance of actual individual movable scroll members around an axis of an eccentric shaft, without the possibility of increase in the number of components and weight and insufficient strength.;SOLUTION: In a molding process, a workpiece for the movable scroll member having a portion to be processed for forming a movable spiral wall 24b by machining and a movable substrate 24a are molded. On the back face of the movable substrate 24a, a plurality of pins 40 for chucking to hold the workpiece at machining are molded integrally with the movable substrate 24a. In a machining process, the workpiece is held by chucking the pins 40 for chucking, and the movable spiral wall 24b is formed by machining the portion to be processed. In a measuring process, unbalance of the machined workpiece around the axis of the eccentric shaft of a scroll type compressor is measured. In a correcting process, the unbalance is corrected by trimming the pins 40a for chucking in accordance with the measured unbalance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
