PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth part in a tooth clutch type face gear for a planetary type inclined rolling machine with an elongated service life against abrasion, and prevented from corrosion.;SOLUTION: In the tooth clutch type face gear for a planetary type inclined rolling machine, a ceramic layer 6 is formed by flame-spraying on the surface of this tooth part 5 of the tooth-clutch type face gear 1 on the side of a roll head 7. Hardness of the tooth part 5 of the face gear 1 on the side of the roll head 7 is set to be more than that of conventional ones formed by carburization-hardening or high frequency-hardening. Abrasion resistance of the tooth part 5 of the face gear 1 on the side of the roll head 7 is improved, and corrosion resistance of the tooth part 5 is also improved by flame-spraying of the ceramic layer 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
