PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing method for dividing a bathing agent into an active ingredient, a perfume ingredient and a coloring ingredient, and optionally using one or more of the ingredients.;SOLUTION: This new bathing method is characterized by dividing a bathing agent into at least an active ingredient 1 having a bathing effect, a perfume ingredient 2 suitable for the bathing, and a coloring ingredient suitable for the bathing and then bathing with one or more ingredients selected from the ingredients. Therein, one or more materials selected from an active material 11 prepared by packing the active ingredient, a perfume material 12 prepared by packing the perfume ingredient, and a coloring material 13 prepared by packing the coloring ingredient are used.
