PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape stabilizing the winding state of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape winding even when a long pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound.;SOLUTION: The winding core for the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is a winding core used when winding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape into a roll state and is composed of the following outer tubular body and the following inner tubular body. The winding core is characterized in that the outer tubular body and the inner tubular body are in an unconnected state. The outer tubular tubular body is a spiral winding form tubular body in which a sheet piece is wound in a spiral state and both ends of the sheet piece closely adhere in an unconnected state. The inner tubular body is a three-layer form tubular body in which the three tubular body layers are integrated. The sheet piece constituting the outer tubular body is made of a plastic. In the inner tubular body, the outer tubular body layer may be formed of a paper material and an intermediate tubular body layer may be formed of at least one kind of material selected from a foam material, a low-density paper material and a corrugated sheet material made of paper.
