PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the communication rate of a wireless LAN communication system by shortening the hand-over time and further improving the use efficiency of a storage means.;SOLUTION: An AP device 6 authenticates the mobile communication terminal (MS) 10 after updating the data in a MAC table 7 through distribution by an authentication server 4. When an authentication request S11 from the MS 10 is transferred to the AP device 6, the AP device 6 checks the data on a MAC address registered in the MAC table 7 to perform MAC authentication S12 using the MAC address and transfers an authentication answer S13 to the MS 10; when the authentication answer S13 is authentication permission, data communication S14 is carried out via the MS 10 and AP device 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
