PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-removed earth foundation pole construction apparatus and non-removed earth foundation pole construction method, improving the foundation ground by a post without driving a pile and without discharging excavated removed earth.;SOLUTION: This non-removed earth foundation post construction apparatus includes: an auger rod 1 rotated normally and in the reverse direction; a first discharge port 6a provided rather closer to the tip of the auger rod to inject solidified material slurry; a second discharge port provided in a position on the rear end side of the auger rod; an excavating blade 3 mounted on the tip of the auger rod; a fixed blade 5 provided extending from the position of the excavating blade to the position on the rear end side of the auger rod; a spiral consolidation stirring blade 2 wound around the peripheral surface of the shaft of the auger rod; a first stirring blade 4a mounted on the tip of the auger rod; and a second stirring blade 4b provided extending from the position of the consolidation stirring blade to the position of the upper end side of the auger rod. The fixed blade 5 is supported by a rotary ring 9 to prevent corotation due to the rotation of the auger rod.
