PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotracheal tube which can easily and securely keep cuff internal pressure constant, has high accuracy, and is improved in operational convenience.;SOLUTION: A tube 10 for cuff which is communicated with a lumen for cuff inflation and has a pilot balloon 31 which is communicated with and can monitor linked with the internal pressure of the cuff is equipped on the connector part of the endotracheal tube. A cut-off part 27 is equipped from the outer circumference to the center of the balloon, and is set so that parts of mutually opposite sides 271, 27b of the cut-off part 27 mutually come close, touch, or cross depending on the internal pressure of the cuff.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
