PLANT RELIABILITY EVALUATION METHOD AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence on the behavior of an essential parameter (nuclear reactor outlet-inlet temperature difference, turbine governing stage rear pressure, etc.) to be monitored for reliability evaluation by another auxiliary parameter (condenser vacuum degree, main steam pressure, etc.) in the reliability evaluation and operation follow of a nuclear plant. PSOLUTION: Data at the time when the behavior of the essential parameter is stabilized are extracted from operation data of the plant. The correlation between the fluctuation of an auxiliary parameter and the fluctuation of each of essential parameters in the extracted data is obtained, and an essential parameter having good correlation is selected. The correlation graph between the fluctuation of the auxiliary parameter and the fluctuation of the selected essential parameter is formed. When the reliability evaluation and operation follow of the plant are performed, the essential parameter is corrected to the value where the auxiliary parameter is a prescribed reference value by use of the correlation graph, and the reliability evaluation and operation follow are performed by use of the corrected essential parameter.
