PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and modify to sufficiently obtain effect of development efficiency for development of an electronic application system and a computer system, without expanding the influence of modification even if the modification of a superordinate component, the creation or modification of a subordinate component are frequently performed. PSOLUTION: This system is provided with an operation attribute storage part which stores component name correspondence information, program name correspondence information, component execution sequence information, and component execution format information; an operation attribute specifying device for the electronic application system which comprises a definition information input execution part, an operation attribute storage content creation update part, and an action control part; an operation attribute specifying device for a program; an operation attribute specifying method; and a computer system.
