PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing shrimps in which shrinkage and deformation of shrimps by heating treatment is suppressed and high elastic feeling can be obtained.;SOLUTION: The method for processing shrimps comprises irradiating shrimps with electromagnetic wave and then carrying out heat treatment of the treated shrimps.
