PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transporting live fish and shellfish with high density, capable of increasing a surviving ratio of the live fish and shellfish, by adsorbing and eliminating nitrogen in air with granular zeolite or a separating membrane to concentrate oxygen in the air, and discharging the concentrated oxygen into a transportation tank as bubbles, so as to modify water in the tank into highly oxygen-dissolving water.;SOLUTION: In this method, the raw material air (1) is passed through a dehumidifying and dust-removing unit (3) by a compressor (2), the nitrogen is adsorbed and eliminated by a nitrogen adsorber (4) to concentrate the oxygen, then the concentrated oxygen is passed through a buffer tank (5), further the oxygen from the buffer tank (5) is contacted with a negative ion generator (12) and discharged into the transportation tank (7) as bubbles through air blow pipes (8), so that the highly oxygen-dissolving water is obtained in the transportation tank (7). The oxygen from the buffer tank (5) may be supplied to a cooling and pressure-accumulating tank (9) equipped with a water-circulating pump (10) on an output side thereof, pressurized therein, and discharged into the transportion tank (7) as the bubbles through the air blow pipes (8).
