PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice input device, a speaker identification device using the same, a voice input method, a speaker identification method using the same, a voice input program, a speaker identification program, and a program recording medium, which enable a user to obtain voice data divided by speech sections and speaker identification information without being much burdened.;SOLUTION: When a voice input switch 5 is in a turned-on state, biological information acquired by a biological information acquisition sensor 1 is inputted from a biological information input part 2, and a voice is inputted from a voice input part 6. A biological information collation part 4 collates input biological information from the biological information input part 2 with registered biological information registered in a biological information register part 3. Since the voice input switch 5 is operated to automatically acquire biological information of a speaking speaker, it is unnecessary to individually input speaker information.
