PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a heat removal unit that can be easily manufactured using a mass production technology and that can be fixed to an electrical component at a good heat conduction position.;SOLUTION: The assembly of the heat removal unit is equipped with: the heat removal unit 50 which comprises multiple spring members 26 existing in an extended fashion above a base 16, a frame 12 with free margin portions in the form of possessing the projection 30 of the spring member, an electrical component 40 that fits in with the inside of the spring member and is installed in the base of the frame, an overall flat surface that contacts the electrical component, and a heat removal unit which is maintained in a fixed position to the frame by the multiple spring members that fit in with the narrow and long surrounding of the external side face in a snap-type manner; and a spring 34 suitable for generating a pre-defined capacity to energize the electrical component in an outward direction from the overall flat surface of the heat removal unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
