PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for supporting work regarding a procedure for determining an excessive or deficient amount of tax due.;SOLUTION: A declarer enters a declaration from a terminal, and an easy to use image plane is provided to the declarer. For example, a document referred to when creating a declaration, and an image plane of a description including a description of the document are displayed before entry of the declaration so that the declarer easily finds entry items from the document referred to when preparing the declaration. A method is provided for carrying out proper communication with the related declarer when there is a problem in the declaration.
