PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain life-related products using floral water from citrus fruits. PSOLUTION: By using the floral water from citrus fruits, without using expensive essential oils or synthetic perfumes, or the like, weakly acidic and citrus-flavored solid soaps, liquid soaps or shampoos each based on a material for sodium or potassium soap, and cosmetics such as rinses each incorporated with a cosmetic citric acid, can easily be obtained. Similarly, weakly acidic and citrus-flavored bath preparations can easily be obtained in combination with a modified alcohol or a salt such as sodium chloride. Further, weakly acidic and citrus-flavored wet tissue can be obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric, Japanese paper or tissue paper with the floral water followed by sealing.
