PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web site construction/support tool and method, allowing easy grasp of log statistical information, and allowing update of a Web site in consideration of user's usability, design or the like.;SOLUTION: This Web site construction/support tool for editing a Web page provided to the Web site transmits/receives log information or actual contents data stored in a Web server, specifies the Web page that is a target of the editing, totals the log statistical information to be displayed in the editing on the basis of the log information about another Web page that is a link destination of the Web page, correlates the totaled log statistical information with the actual contents data corresponding to the Web page to generate editing display data, outputs the data to a user, accepts data updated by the user, and updates the actual contents data on the basis of the updated data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
