PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrawide-band radio transmitter, an extrawide-band radio receiver, and an extrawide-band radio communication method, which can ensure a transmission rate and communication quality higher than conventional one and miniaturize an antenna while avoiding a band in which communication signals are crowding.;SOLUTION: At the transmitter side, a delay time control section 12 sends out a cycle pulse to matched filters 11-1, 11-2 when a transmission data is 1, and to matched filters 11-1, 11-3 when the transmission data is 0. The matched filter 11-1 sends out a reference signal, the matched filter 11-2 sends out a first data signal before the output of the reference signal, and the matched filter 11-3 sends out a second data signal after the output of the reference signal. These output signals are added up by an adding section 13, and the added signal is sent to a mixer 21, which receives a local signal from a local oscillator 23 to change the frequency of the added signal, and then the antenna 6 radiates the signal with the changed frequency into the air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
